Comparison is the thief of joy and so often we get stuck comparing ourselves to what others are doing, and thinking we’re not as far as them, when we’re not even comparing the same chapters.

So how can we make a shift from a scarcity mindset to an abundant mindset?

1. Focus on what you have
2. Surround yourself with people that have an abundant mindset
3. Create win-win situations in your head
4. Practice gratitude, meditation, journaling, and prayer
5. Train your mind to recognize the possibilities
